1. Design and Engineering

2. Component Selection and Procurement

• Choosing Components: Selecting high-quality components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and controllers that meet the design requirements.
• Procurement: Ordering and acquiring all necessary parts from our trusted suppliers.

3. Assembly

• Panel Fabrication: Cutting and drilling the panel enclosure to accommodate various components.  
• Mounting Components: Securely installing components such as switches, displays, and wiring ducts onto the panel.
• Wiring: Following the electrical schematics, technicians wire the components, ensuring secure and correct connections.

4. Quality Control and Testing

• Inspection: Each panel is inspected to ensure it matches the design specifications and that all components are correctly installed.
• Testing: Conducting electrical tests to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with UL508A standards. This includes power-up tests, checking for short circuits, and verifying that all safety features are operational.
