# Metal Forming

## High Precision Sheet Metal Forming Service

Our hydraulic and mechanical presses enable us to fabricate complex parts out of steel, stainless steel, super-stainless, aluminum, copper, and more.  CNC controllers on the brakes ensure precise part positioning and repeatability, making press brake forming an effective method for crafting components featuring U-bends, flanges, channels, and internal bends.

## Press Brake Forming

Brake forming transforms flat sheets of metal into custom-designed components with precision and efficiency.  A force is expertly applied between a punch (the upper tool) and a die (the lower tool). This controlled force enables the material to be bent into the desired shape, allowing for the creation of various angular configurations, curves, and bends.

With the integration of advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, press brake forming ensures precise part positioning, repeatability, and remarkable consistency in each produced component.
